We live in a 100 yr old home with old cast iron and concrete piping. Our complete plumbing was clogged up so we called three different plumbers to come out and give us a bid. Black jack plumbing was the only plumber that wanted to mess with the old piping. Jaime explained everything that was going on and gave us a great price! They removed the old piping and replaced it with new pvc pipe and added two more clean outs. They hauled off the old piping and gave me a military discount! Thanks Jaime we found an honest plumber!

Quick and professional! Blackjack Plumbing exceeded expectations! Jaime and Juan replaced 4 faucets, a complete shower set, reseated a toilet, added a shut-off valve to the water softener, tightened another faucet, checked our outdoor faucets and instructed me on the proper levels for the water softener. Had a cracked housing in our whole-house water filter that was leaking, but the filter model is on backorder everywhere. Called Blackjack and they said they'd send someone out the next day (which was great for me), but Jaime wrapped another job up early on the same day and they asked if they could come out sooner. Perfect! Jaime was super helpful and thorough. Didn't just patch the issue, but also assessed water pressure from the main to make sure the issue wouldn't keep recurring with new filters. He put a temporary solution in place (very reasonable price) and I'm planning to have him back out soon to get a new filter plumbed in + replace the supply lines to our washing machine. I've hired Jaime twice so far and will continue to in the future. The first time he came out was during the big freeze of 2021 when I had a pipe burst. He was at my house THE SAME DAY I called, fixed everything, charged a fair price, and made the whole situation less stressful. The second time I had a leak under the kitchen sink and he replaced the assembly under there. There was also a clog for which he had to get his camera to check on. I expected it to be very expensive but again his pricing was fair.

Great Price, Professional, came out early to do excavating and ended up repairing while out sooner than scheduled A+ Great Company and Great employees. If you use another company just know your overpaying and that BlackJack Plumbing will come out and do it better, for a fair price.

Called Blackjack Plumbing to have my PRV replaced as my pressure would not go above 45psi. Jaime came next day and replaced it along with a small 90 degree elbow he pointed out that was rusted and not the right material for water lines. Price was fair and Jaime answered all my questions. I hope I don’t have to call due to another plumbing issue, but if I do I know I’ll be taken care of.

Jaime was a lifesaver! I run a small in-home preschool and we had no water pressure at all. It turned out to be a water softener issue that leaked resin into the system and clogged our plumbing of the entire house. You can imagine the nightmare with having children. Jaime came out and concluded he would have to order a part to replace a tub drain that was broken and leaking. He came back when he said he would and the drain matches the other bronze fixtures perfectly. The cost was a little higher than he quoted because the drain cover was a higher quality. Jaime is quick, professional, and very knowledgeable. Never had to call him back for a job that he has completed. Prior to finding Jaime, we had called another plumber to repair a leak in the piping under the kitchen. The leak started again months later and Jaime noticed right away what the problem was and permanently fixed it. The most recent issue that he took care of was a backup in the sewage drain. He came with the right equipment and identified the problem. Tree roots had got into the piping and clogged it up. Problem resolved in 2 days.

Contacted owner when I noticed outside pipe dripping after BIG FREEZE. I’ve used him before. He put in a hot water heater for me. I really liked him the first time and he did a great job, and I can say the same when he came out to fix my outside pipe and Faucet. On this, he came almost immediately, which really surprised me, but I was so grateful! It was getting dark so I held a light for him, therefore watching him do his job. He definitely knows what he’s doing as he took the pipe apart and refitted it with what was needed to fix it. Such a pleasant person too! I will definitely be using him again when the time comes!
